Review a drawing

Mark up a drawing, track the comments and export a review sheet.

In the app: Help ▸ Guided tours

1. Markup circle
   Choose the Markup circle tool (or type MKC in the command line). Click the centre of the item, then click again to set the radius.
2. Add a comment
   When the Markup comment box opens, type a short comment and confirm. A markup with no comment is not added.
3. The Markups panel
   Every markup is listed here with its number, comment and status. Click one to find it in the drawing.
4. Filter by status
   Use the status list at the top of the panel to show All, Open, In progress or Closed markups.
5. Export to CRS
   Click Export to CRS (xlsx)… to save the markups as a Comment Review Sheet in Excel.
6. Compare drawings
   To see what changed between two revisions, open the File menu and choose Compare…, then pick the two drawings.
