Organise pages

Reorder, rotate, insert, delete, extract and merge pages.

In the app: Help ▸ Guided tours

1. Select pages
   Open the Thumbnails tab in the sidebar. Click a page to select it. Hold Ctrl to add more pages, or Shift to select a range.
2. Drag to reorder
   Drag the selected thumbnail or thumbnails up or down the list and drop them where you want them to go.
3. Rotate pages
   With pages selected, click Rotate right to turn them 90 degrees clockwise. Rotate left is the button beside it.
4. Open the Pages menu
   Click Pages. Here you can choose Delete pages…, Insert blank page, Insert from file…, Extract / Split… and Merge files….
5. Undo a mistake
   Click Undo (Ctrl+Z) to reverse the last change, such as a move, a rotation or a deletion.
6. Save the result
   Click Save, or use Save as to keep the original file as it was.
