Every release carries its number in the file name, so a reviewer can keep two releases side by side and compare them. The latest release is first.

2.783 Nov 2026

v2.78 · the planner's round — Baseline bench, programme review. Primavera P6 XML files import (besides P6 XER and MS Project XML). The file's own calendars (work week, exceptions, hours per day) now drive the critical-path test, the critical path length and the CPLI; the critical path shown is the file's longest path (P6 “driving path”) or, when the file carries none, the bench's own longest path on that calendar. Float that P6 measures to a Must Finish By date is offset before the high-float and negative-float checks, and the offset is stated. Files saved in Windows-1252 read correctly, and the review Gantt groups activities under their WBS nodes. Use as this project's baseline makes the imported activities, logic, calendar and holidays the project's own, with a programme-reproduction line showing how many of the file's dates the bench reproduces. Resource and cost loading are not imported.

v2.77 · ELDAS E3.12 · M1.3 · S1.3 · C1.3 — the gaps round. Earthing & Lightning: the NFPA 780 rolling sphere reads 150 ft (45 m) as the standard prints it (§4.8.3.1.4); earlier releases showed 46 m. Civil ▸ Roads & pavement now follows RC GEM 2016 Rev 0 §5.6 with clauses: lane widths, design and posted speeds, maximum and minimum grade, right-of-way minima including utilities and minimum sidewalk widths, with a freeway class and a utility-reserve width per road so a 60 m right-of-way is modelled honestly. Medians and shoulders are carried as reference values; tables stored by earlier versions migrate (an edited table keeps its values and is labelled “edited before v2.77”). The three preview suites move to version 1.3.

Preview2 Nov 2026

Three preview suites, one trial code. The ASH Mechanical & Plumbing Suite, the ASH Fire & Life Safety Suite and the ASH Civil Suite open as online trials with the same code as the Design Suite and ELDAS. Each is a selection of the existing benches under one tab strip — the same engines, not a second program — and the composition is under expert review, so tabs may change.

v2.76 · ELDAS E3.11 — any drawing as a reference. The diagram editor's background import now takes a CAD-plotted PDF (drawn as lines, with a page picker; colours and line widths become layers) and a scan, photo or scanned PDF page (as an image to trace over), besides DXF and SVG. Calibrate scale sets the scale from two clicked points and a typed distance; a layer picker on import leaves dimensions, hatches, text and title blocks unchecked by default, with layer toggles in the Background panel; the opacity slider updates live. A .dwg file gets a one-line hint (save as DXF from the CAD tool, or open it in the free ASH Draw Studio). PDF reading loads only when a PDF is imported. Symbols are not recognised — placing and wiring components stays manual.

2.751 Nov 2026

v2.75 · ELDAS E3.10 — drawings in, drawings out. Background import in the diagram editor: put a DXF or SVG drawing from a CAD or diagram tool under the single-line diagram, schematic or P&ID as a reference layer to trace over (opacity, scale, position; stored in the project file, left out of reports unless asked; SVG is rebuilt from an allow-list). Earthing & Lightning: a substation earth-grid plan and an IEC 62305-3 roof protection plan per structure (mesh, rolling-sphere or protection-angle terminals, down conductors). Civil: a Roads & pavement page — road list by class, right-of-way build-up, lane, speed, grade and pavement checks, a typical cross-section per class and BOQ rows. Only four values cite RC GEM §5.6; every other road limit is labelled an engineering default.

2.741 Nov 2026

v2.74 · ELDAS E3.9 — the engineers' second round. Structural: the load-combination set buttons show which set is in use (an edited table reads “custom set”), international sets (ASCE 7-22 / 7-16) come first and the SBC guidance appears only when an SBC edition is selected; the shear-wall elevation with its plan section, and the footing plan with its section, are drawn side by side. Every bench now opens its first page with the page title and basis line before the Project panel, and the collapsible Drawing panel heading matches the other headings.

2.731 Nov 2026

v2.73 · ELDAS E3.8 — the engineers' review round, in all 17 benches. Codes and standards replaces the Saudi Building Code edition field: international codes and standards, or international plus a local code with a country list (Saudi editions switch the SBC-based tables; any other local code is recorded on the cover and raises one Code B item to confirm the governing limits). The status badge opens the checks that need attention, the checks are grouped by category and each links to its page. Drawings sit after the data entry in a collapsible panel; the page keeps its place when a selection redraws it; the zoom bar moves to a left gutter; the stage selector is easier to read. Long guidance notes fold to one line with “read more”, Items & options collapse, and every bench has a Glossary page. Structural: click a span in the RC-beam diagram to select its section.

2.7231 Oct 2026

v2.72 · ELDAS E3.7 — one project, every tab: HVAC rooms, Architectural spaces and Plumbing fixture groups share the project's Spaces register. New review drawings: a Fire & Life Safety device layout plan per space, a Solar Farm array layout, an HVAC system schematic and chilled-water distribution. Solar Farm phase 2 (48 checks on the example), the Integrated hand-off with detailed rows for Plumbing, Structural, Process, Piping, I&C and Civil, and web fonts embedded in every file and report, so nothing is requested from another site. A reviewer's pass corrected a booster-pressure unit, a structural dead-load basis and a floor-load count before release.

2.7131 Oct 2026

v2.71 · ELDAS E3.6 — every bench on the three stages: a concept stage added to HVAC, Piping, Fire & Life Safety, Earthing & Lightning and Solar Farm, each with a one-click “Develop into detailed design”; value-engineering suggestions on the Verify page for the same five benches; the standalone HVAC and Piping files are now single-bench builds of the suite core (one source, same file format). Corrections from the reviewer's pass: NFPA 780 rolling-sphere radius 46 m (150 ft), sounder clause citations per standard, NFPA 13-2016 clause numbering in the Fire & Life Safety bench, galvanised-pipe joint factor in Piping. ELDAS is now E3.6 (formerly F3.x, same product; F3 projects still open) with concept stages on Earthing & Lightning and Solar Farm.

2.7030 Oct 2026

v2.70 · ELDAS F3.5 — standards round 2 from the library: buried cables sized from the IEC 60364-5-52 D1 / D2 tables with soil factors, IEC 60076-5 minimum-impedance check, NFPA 72-2022 clause map (battery ageing factor 1.25), NFPA 101-2024 / 92-2024 / 10-2026 / 2001-2025 and SBC 401-2024 read; company-server mode — the ASH Project Server keeps projects with versions, locks and history on a company's own server.

2.6928 Oct 2026

HVAC and Piping on the suite core — the same engines and numbers, now in the 17-bench host with the three stages, schedules, BOQ and the Assistant; Integrated project mode (one switch: benches share the project header or run independently); a reviewer's pass over every bench — BOQ take-off for Plumbing & Fire, Architectural and Process, clause traces and items catalogues for seven more benches, an ELV fire-check fix; label / value rows easier to read; the 27 Oct standards round (NFPA 13-2025, 14-2024, 20-2025, 780-2023, 70E-2024, BS 7430:2026, ASHRAE 90.1-2016, SBC 201 / 501-2024).

2.6826 Oct 2026

ASH Assistant — a side panel in every bench and in ELDAS (top right, Alt+A): what is missing, risks with plausibility screening, explain any check with its clause and trace, exports, help and search, pasted-table import with a mapping preview. Answers from the project's own data; nothing leaves the browser.

2.6724 Oct 2026

ELDAS F3.3 — pre-publication review: engine corrections (UPS battery sizing by discharge rate, MCB instantaneous tripping, feeder adiabatic check at the device clearing time, IEC 60909 transformer correction KT, disconnection time by U0), stored-XSS and CSV-formula hardening, storage-full warning.

2.6621 Oct 2026

ELDAS F3.2 — ten review findings closed: BOQ comparison, Studies network from the LV/MV model, paging on long tables, intake register, US customary display.

2.60 – 2.6413 – 21 Oct 2026

Multi-bench core and product tabs, Solar Farm bench, Earthing & LPS design, MV protection grading, phone-width layout, ELDAS F3.0 / F3.1 reviews.

2.37 – 2.595 – 12 Oct 2026

Suite B adoption (SB-001…SB-115), coverage plans, industrial symbols, pipe stress (ASME B31.3), AISC 360-22 connections, Micrologic bands, HVAC energy, US customary tables.

2.365 Oct 2026

Import data in every bench — Excel, CSV, pasted tables and DXF go straight into the open project with columns matched automatically. Data Import now traces single-line diagrams through their line work, so boards arrive with their feeder and breaker filled in.

2.355 Oct 2026

Saudi Civil Defence 2024 requirement pack for the fire, plumbing and architectural benches — residential, office and high-rise buildings.

2.33 – 2.345 Oct 2026

SBC 801 (2018) requirement pack with its sprinkler, standpipe, extinguisher and alarm thresholds; drainage verified against IPC 2021; ventilation presets from IMC 2018.

2.325 Oct 2026

Hourly weather files — the HVAC energy estimate reads an EPW / TMYx file and sums degree-hours from all 8,760 hours; electrical reference tables checked against a manufacturer's installation guide.

2.30 – 2.315 Oct 2026

AISC 360-22 steel checks verified clause by clause; egress and occupant-load tables verified against IBC 2015 and 2018, fixtures against IBC 2015; a built-in breaker curve catalogue for protection coordination.

2.28 – 2.294 Oct 2026

Structural bench verified against SBC 2018 and SBC 2024 — load combinations, minimum reinforcement and concrete limits as the Saudi code states them.
